Pictures of things No Longer Seen at WDW

This is from the early 90's when the TMNT were at Disney World. Thinking Hollywood Studios?
My boys would go love this !! Born 20 years too late.

Up to this point, I have only posted pictures and images of things that I have seen or experienced. But this one I missed. Apparently when "Stitch" opened up in Tomorrowland, they "honored" the occasion by having that wacky alien "T-P" the castle. Did anyone see this?

OMG! I had totally forgotten this. We were there that day! My mom's one and only visit to the Magic Kingdom and this was her view of the castle. We were some of the first folks to ride Stitch that day, and were underwhelmed. Haven't ridden it since.

Most of the stuff in this thread I am too young to remember... but I remember Spectromagic!!! I loved that parade so much. My parents still have homevideo of it. I went back to WDW last year after a very long hiatus and was heartbroken to find out it was replaced with a new parade. Still watch the new one, but it wasn't nearly the same. I also remember the Backlot Tour. My dad tricked me to go on it... twice!

Main Street Electrical Parade isn't new; it pre-dated SpectroMagic. They brought it back.

In several places along the Backlot Tour, they would make references to props used in the movie "Con Air", as if anyone actually ever saw that movie or cared. :rotfl2: Well, if you did, (or do), here is "one of the planes used in the filming of Disney's blockbuster film: Con Air".

My first R rated film without Mom and Dad!! Thanks for this, JimmyV!

Man...all the Adventurer's Club photos bum me out. I was so excited to turn 18 and be able to go to Pleasure Island (we would be down there for my birthday), and IIRC that was one of maybe three clubs that let you in at 18 and not 21. Aaaaaaand then Disney closed them all, 3 months before my birthday. Sigh.
