Tinkergirl - not the OP, but the doll heads look like the ones in the Germany doll shop at Epcot - where you can build a doll to your specs - hair color, costume, etc.

And the MVMCP merchandise is only sold at the MK during each MVMCP, and only at certain shops like Pin Traders in Frontierland or The Emporium on Main St.
