Huh! Way cool! I never saw that! It is of special note to me for one New Year I happened to be in the south of France, courtesy of the US Navy, and spent most of the evening shouting that phrase as me and my buddies wondered from br to bar carrying bottles of cheaply won champagne and kissing all the girls!
