I love nature and i love to picture animals in their natural environment . I can't look at all those pictures from the zoos where poor creatures have very sad eyes. This shot was made in Botswana couple of months ago. The guy was just standing in the middle of the road, staring at us for about half an hour and we could't drive anywhere else as the road was very and very narrow.

We had our last full day at DW a year ago today. Our tradition is always the MK on our last day....and had a good laugh over another "tradition"! Youngest DGD ALWAYS has a funny encounter with one of the little animals that manage to surprise us; this was an "encounter" with a little SQUIRREL that surprised her while waiting for Jungle Cruise to open!

....she LOVES the little squirrels....this one was 12 years ago when one was hiding under the table and took one of the French fries she'd dropped....
