Just to explain Evelyn's picture a bit; they were taping a podcast when we were there. The counter you see is I believe intended as a customer service area. It is fairly small (1/8th?) portion of the whole facility. There are tables, chairs, a kiddy area, restrooms, merchandise, and best of all...A Keurig Coffee maker!

When you are composing a comment, right above the text box there are a series of icons. The square, yellow one with what appears to be a triangle and a little square is the one you click to insert a picture. Before doing that, you need to first capture the picture's web address from wherever you posted it, and then paste it into the resulting dialogue box that pops up when you click on that yellow icon.
