Picking Up DD at Airport - Help?

Some of us are driving down in July but my DD and grandchildren are flying. I want to pick them up at the airport, but I do not know the Orlando airport. Can I park and go in to meet them at the baggage? Is there a cell phone lot. My grandchildren are 4 and 8 so I would like to give my daughter as much help as possible. Any suggestions.

According to the MCO website, you can park at the terminal. It's free for the first 20 minutes, $2 for the next 20, and then $1 for each additional 20 minutes.

There is a cell phone lot, but the car can not be left un-attended there.

There is a cell phone lot where you can wait for your DD to call you to have you come pick them up. Make sure you know whether they are on the A or B side. If she is going to need help with bags, you'll have to park at the terminal and go in to help her.

If you want to be really helpful and can spare the expense, you could hire a car service to pick her up and take her and the children to wherever you are staying. The car service will schlep the bags and handle all that.
