Photopass sharing question

My family and my sister's family are both going down at the same time. We were thinking that on our departing day we would meet and turn in both cards and get both put on the same CD--I know I personally have had more than 1 card put on a photopass CD (when we were there last October) I was just wanting to see that this is still possible. I buy my CD while I am down there--not through the website as I have heard recent reports that they are having trouble putting 2 different card numbers on the website.

Also question about new the new embellishments--is that a separate file on the CD where we can embellish our pics with our own software using their borders, clip art etc. or are the embellishments only available if you do this to your pics on line then order your CD? (I hope that made sense) Thanks for all your input!! Amanda

We just went in Dec 2006 and we had 3 cards that we combined into one CD. We actually did it online when we got home because we had some pictures taken on our last day that we wanted to make sure were included.... We had absolutely NO problems at all....

so anybody who has done this lately. I just get her card and my card and go online and enter both cards under my "account"? At that point we can do any embellishments then order the 1 CD?

Yes you can combine multiple cards - the catch is to make sure that she doesn't register her card to her account and you yours to your account. If that happens you will not be allowed to combine them - HOWEVER as long as you register all the cards on the same account you will not have any problems whatsoever.

The trouble has been that a card cannot be added to 2 accounts, so if your sister adds her PP cards to her account, then you can't add them to your account.

The CD is a dump of everything in only one account.

But it's very easy to combine them - just collect the PP cards from your sisters family before they all go home, and put them all into your account. Once they are all in one account, you can share the login info with your sister and she can modify her pics, you can modify your pics, and you can get them all burned onto a CD.

TIP: you should have multiple cards for each family; this way, if the families split up, you can still get Photopass pics taken and then combine them all later online.

IMPORTANT TIP: Write down the numbers from the back of your Photopass cards as soon as you get them, or take close-up pics of the numbers with your own camera, so that you have a record of the numbers in case you lose the cards.
