photopass pics missing

Hi, I'm sure this has been asked many times over, so I apologize...

Just got back last night from our trip and I'm looking over our photopass pics and noticed the ones we took on Tues (our Epcot day) are not on there. Should I give them more time to upload or do I need to call someone?

Get on the photopass website and there is a place where you can E-mail them about missing photos. You will need as much detail as you can, where they were taken, time of day, there is also a spot to attach a picture you took that day if you have any of your own so they can see what you look like and were wearing to help them search.

Sometimes they find them, but sometimes they are not there due to a camera problem. We've lost a few sets permanently over the years. Our whole session from Enchanted Tales with Belle was lost last year- no big deal because DD was just a spoon or something, but I felt really bad for the parents of the kid who got chosen to play the beast that session and for the little girls who Belle was their favorite and that was the only picture they would have had with her.

I had missing photos on mine in january and they found them. I gave them as much info as I could, mine was pics with Donald at MK, so I knew we did all four in that time frame. I had to tell them what we were wearing how many people and approx time.

They also told me that it could take 72 hours to show up.

We were there last month and we were missing some from HS and I e-mailed them with as much info as I knew and they were able to find them. I was surprised with how many pics they would have to go through.
