Photopass email question

Hello, sorry to bother with this one, but it is 45 days out from our trip exactly. Today I received and email from Disney Destinations. At the bottom of the email in the fine print it says

"Disney's PhotoPass offer is only valid when purchased prior to your check-in at the Walt Disney World® Resort."

But I do not see the "offer" anywhere. There is a link that takes me to the website, but there is no pin code or any link to an offer. Can anyone tell me what their email looked like or where the code was. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your help, but I was looking for the $50 off offer. I cannot find it anywhere in the email. It is from Disney Destinations and the subject was

Disney Vacation Must Sees for The *** Family!

Also I don't know if I missing something, but when I go onto the photopass website, I cannot figure out how to pre order the CD even w/o the code. Any advice or help?

Once you are in the check-out that is when the discount comes up, at least that is what I believe happens (sorry I can't say for sure because my DH is the one that always preorders it). I do know that there is no code or pin and you do have to log in in order to receive it.

In order to order your photopass cd, you will have to log on (like I mentioned above), which you will first have to be registered (if you are already not). Then go to the photo products tab on the top, click on it and once it pops up it will show you a bunch of products that you can purchase. Scroll down to where you will see "Disney Photo Cd, Best Offer". That is the one that you will want to order. Once after you do your check-out you will receive your discount. After your order, you will then get another email with a code to use in order to ship your CD (DO NOT DELETE THIS EMAIL), save it in a safe folder for when you get back and are ready to order your CD.

Thanks for your help. I am following the directions. When I click on the PHOTO PRODUCTS tab I choose the DISNEY PHOTO CD option. On the next page there is no way to add it to my cart or anything. There is only a tab that says ADD DISNEY'S PHOTOPASS ID. Am I totally missing something?

Are you sure this is the email about pre-ordering your photopass? I didn't think they came out that early. I thought they came out just a couple of weeks before your trip.

Honestly I am not positive. I only thought it was because it fit the description that many people posted here of the email they received, and also the sentence in the fine print. Even if it wasn't though, I am wondering why I cannot pre-order at all even at the regular price. I just like to have as much sorted out (and paid for) prior to our trip as possible.

O.K. (try this, I was taking you through the photopass website, but I reclicked on my photopass offer that I was sent) if you go into Photopass directly from your email it will ask you to log in. Once you are done logging in, it will send you directly to the page with the photopass offer. There are 3 different offers....1) Disney's Ultimate Memory Package for $179.95, 2) Disney's PhotoCd for $99.95 (the one you want), 3) Personalized Photopass Card for $4.95. The good thing about the $99.95 package, it includes the Personalized Photopass Card for free. Once you choose the package it will have you start personalizing your Photopass card. Afterwards, just check-out your order. Hope this helps.

FYI--we didn't get that email until we were were like 35 days before our trip. I hope the steps that I gave you, helped, if it wasn't the right Photopass offer, just keep waiting for it, it will come.

$99 is the $50 off price - the regular price is $149

I also got an email about "Disney Vacation Must Sees for the *** Family" with an area at the bottom that says Disney Photopass. I can not seem to get the special offer either. When I follow the above directions, it tells me I can't order the cd unless I enter my photopass id to add pictures to my account. It does not take me to a special right after logging in. I got the email about 30 days before our departure date. I'd love to do the $99 preorder, but it doesn't seem like I got the offer!

Yes they have offered the Prepaid pass again and that is the $50 off price.

Does anyone know - do they have anything where you can hire the photog to follow your group around the park & take pics? My daughter is graduating from College and we will have the whole family in town and thought that would be a nice touch.

Other question if anyone knows - how many picture can you have taken on the CD?

You can have as many pictures put on the cd as you want. If it's too many for one cd, they will put it on two.

Just curious, what are the requirements?

Also, it shows up as a credit in my shopping cart. Do I go ahead and check out now, or wait until after my trip?
