It was our local carnival today, so I really enjoyed looking for the little details, rather than just the standard shots! This is definitely getting us out and about - thanks again for the challenge!

Reunion - my son was in the Scout and Guide Gang Show back in February - months of rehearsals and seven performances in the local theatre. They were asked to do a number at the carnival today and it was a fantastic reunion for him with friends he had not seen for several months. (He's the one in the grey jumper).

Cotton candy being made - we call this candy floss in the UK. Not the greatest shot - I might find another - but she was so nice when I asked if I could take her picture!

Reflection - this is how I spent a lot of our vacation - taking photos out the window. (That plus yelling at DH to "Pull over, I want to take a picture!" "I can't pull over -there's a car behind me!!" - We had a lot of "loud discussions" (I won't call them arguments.)) That's Devil's Tower in the mirror in case you didn't already know.

I had some fun at work today! I took my camera with me and was able to get some shots! They are a bit rushed, unfortunately - for some reason my company wants their planes to go out on time..!! Who would have thought???

arctic bunny - you look like you have a harder time getting "summer" photos in summer than we do here in winter!!!

Wow! There's been some really great photos. Been trying hard to get photos over the weekend. A bit disappointed that some didn't turn out as I had hoped and also disappointed that I only got a bad shot of the ONLY American flag that I saw today. Oh well. Here goes nonetheless
