I shot that in Tv mode at 1/4000 sec ISO 800 f4. The lens was a Sigma 100-300mm f4.

If I am not at Disney, it's action shots for me.

I used to do that right up until I tore an ACL exactly 1 year ago. Martial arts is tough to shoot. Often the demos are in poorly lit places. Nice shot.
