Photo Sharing: Ultra Wide Angle

Recently picked up the Canon 10 - 22 mm on a recent visit to the US and I hope you'll let me come and play with you.....

First opportunity I've had since coming home to play with the new lens.

And I was really setting up the camera for fireworks. See those pontoons on the river? They were supposed to have been spread out over the stretch of river in the picture....but for some reason, they had issues getting them in place. So, I had to sit there contemplating what might have been...

4 sets of pontoons across the river and the one I had set up in front of had to be the problem child!

There's always next year!

Code...love the embracing of the flare in the sun shot at the land...nice for a change to see lens abberations used artfully. I wanted to add too after catching up in this thread over the past few pages that I'm really liking your recent workflow with the HDRs - I like the more natural look but still with nice pop.

I left off way back on this thread - sort of got sidetracked and forgot about it. So time to put in a few more! I was going through my Epcot night tour, so here are a few more of that series with the Tamron 10-24mm...

We have the T1i and just picked up the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8. It is a couple hundred less than most UWA but unfortunately it isn't easy to find.

I also just noticed your ticker ... looks like we'll be at the Poly around the same time as you!

I have the T1i also. I have a Sigma 10-20 f/4-5.6. I love it!
