I have been away from doing photography for years for a number of reasons, (mostly burn out after too many drunk guests at weddings) and seeing all of your beautiful work just inspired me so much that I decided it was time to brush off the equipment, do some upgrading, and get out and play again! So......I took the plunge and bought the D3100 a few days ago and we'll see how this adventure in the digital realm goes. I'm a film girl but we can all learn a new trick or two!

Looking forward to continuing to enjoy your amazing work and eventually contributing some of my own!

After having a firm interest in photography throughout last year, I got a Nikon D5000 for Christmas. What did I do with it? Put it in the cupboard because I had "no time" and the "weather was bad". Terrible decision!

Now, I've eventually cracked it out and taken my first shots. Time to get to grips with the camera and DSLR photography in general.
