Photo Cropping Anyone?

Today, I got my image to save to a good file. But, I need it to be editted to fit the signature guidlines. When I pasted it in paint, there was a white background that stays with the image. So if anyone can help I would be happy.

You can position your mouse over the bottom right corner of the white background and it will change to a bi-directional arrow. Click left mouse button and drag to size the background to fit the desired pic. I might have left something out, but try it...

...got my image...need it to be editted to fit the signature guidlines.

Next time we meet in game let me get another image to work on. Besides that fact that your image is not very clear, it is also saved in .gif format which makes the file size much larger.
