Phone Lines at Member Services

Has anyone tried to call member services today? I've been calling on and off for the last hour and all I get is a busy signal. One time I did get through and after selecting 3 and 3 (to make a reservation), it cut me off. Anyone know if there are problems with the system today?

It took me 2 1/2 hours of calling about every 15 minutes today. I'm trying for the first week in September at my home resort, and I really wanted to beat that 7 month window opening up. Once I got through, I was on hold for about 10 minutes, longer than usual. But I'm not really complaining-I love their "hold" music.

Historically...Monday is the worst day in the week to call MS.

I don't ever call on Mondays

I had to call everyday last week for our trip in august. I called at 9am and got right through. Good luck!

I got through several times today but had to call like five times. Do not forget that Mondays are the worst times and this is one of the worst days to call because people booking day by day for Christmas at the 11 month window. This week 11 months out is the most expensive and most popular week at Disney (December 25 - January 1).

I called around 11:15 this morning, hit redial for about 15 minutes, finally got through and waited about 5 minutes.

I tried unsuccessfully today. I didn't have the time or the patience to keep trying or stay on hold. I have to get through tomorrow...I have a ton of points I want to bank...I also want to pay my dues.
