Phone Charging Lockers?

We are going in September and I just picked up a 12,00 mAh external charger for my iPhone and his Note3. Also, I was thinking of bringing my DH's old iPod Touch just for DME to run on. I know there is Wifi in the parks, has anyone had bad issues with the wifi?

I used my older iPod touch 13 days last October in all the parks and at Pop Century and never had a single problem with the wifi. Made changes in line, inside etc.

In park WiFi is notoriously spotty. Sometimes it works perfectly, no issues...other times it wont load at all.
