I think the Philharmagic princess: show is in the Magic Kingdom--correct? But I'm having trouble finding the times for the show. Its not online. Also, is it recommended for kids about 8-9 years? Would it hold their interest, or is it too young for them?

Mickey's PhiharMagic is an ongoing attraction. It doesn't have starting times, it just goes continuously throughout the day while MK is open. The movie is 12 minutes long, and the theater is quite large. Same deal, by the way, with Muppetvision 3-D at MGM. We had FastPasses for it but really didn't need 'em -- when we went in with our FastPasses there was no one visible in the stand-by line. It's not like the park was empty -- we'd just waited 40 minutes to ride Dumbo!

Check out this web page for more info on Mickey's PhilharMagic: http://allearsnet.com/tp/mk/mk_phil.htm

It's a 3D movie that runs all day, like It's Tough To Be A Bug, Honey I Shrunk The Audience or MuppetVision 3D. It is appropriate (and LOTS of fun!) for all ages.

I forgot your question about ages. I loved it, and I'm way older than 9. It was very cool. Great technology, and it's not like something they (or you) have ever seen or smelled or felt before.

You won't be dissapointed. I thought it was great and I think everyone else would agree.

Philharmagic is the best!!! It's an unbelieveable sensory experience!

it is right next to Peter pan. it is worth the wait. Kids and adults love this movie both. Have fun.

Philharmagic was a huge hit with the party of 8 I last went to WDW with. In our opinion it is the best 3D movie Disney has with great effects and not at all scary (unlike "It's tough to be a bug"). We would not miss Philharmagic on any trip to WDW.

Glad to hear its not scary. "Its Tough to be a Bug" really freaked my then y year old dd out. The "bumpies" under the seat and the "air snakes" didn't do much for me,either. Ever since then, she's been apprehensive of any type of IMAX or 3-d movie, although we usually can convince her to go. However, we have to be seated near an exit in case she gets scared and wants to make a quick getaway! :scared1:

Philharmagic is great!!! You and your kiddos (of all ages) will love it. My only complaint...I wish it were longer. :) One of our favorite attractions. Great place to duck into during a rainshower too! Have fun!

ITA if the show was a 2 hour special it still wouldn't be long enough!! I usually see it 3 or 4 times in one visit, its the best

Philharmagic - my absolute favorite thing in Fantasyland. It is just across from the Small World exhibit and it isn't scary it just has the best 3-D cartoon images ever! I think that's why I like it. Your kids will love it (and so will you)!

:goodvibes Mickey's Philharmagic replaced the Lion King attraction in Fantasyland. It's amazing, and it is wonderful for anyone of any age. I think that there's FastPasses available, too.

Mickey's Philharmagic is my favorite attraction at WDW. I think we've done it 7 or 8 times in our last two trips combined. If you had to show someone Disney Magic, I think that attraction does it best. You can't help but smile and laugh. My children love it. I love it. My husband loves it (Or at least he knows how much I love it, and he pretends to make me happy). I'm not a huge fan of the other 3D shows, just because they bore me. I've been there, done that. But, I've yet to tire of Mickey's Philharmagic. It goes back to a time of entertaining where you don't have to kill someone, scare someone, or be fighting with someone.
