He's really inspired me to stop the madness and get in better shape. I know I like food and that is my downfall...especially donuts. I also struggle with a few people at work that think it's fun to basically "shame" the more healthy eaters in the office. It's annoying but whatever.
I know two wrongs don't make a right, but if someone is shaming you for how you eat, regardless of whether it's healthy or unhealthy, then shame on them.
I'd shame them back with a witty response, not outright nasty, but sarcastic enough to shut them up.
I'm not a dieter, I'm not a fad eater, I eat what I want, when I want. I'm not thin, but I'm not obese (I'm an Australian size 12 so a US size 8) but I carry it mostly evenly.
If I was completely unhappy in myself, I'd watch what I ate, but I'm not and I don't think anyone should EVER feel guilty about eating. It's ridiculous.
Eat what you want, make smart choices and please, don't ever feel guilty about what you put in your mouth!
