Pesonalized plates

So what prompted this post is this. I saw a blue minivan today on my way to work we were driving down york street in London. The plate was WELVDSNY I am guessing it was we love disney not 100% on that. So it got me to thinking what I may like for our car. I am thinking DVC FAMLY or something like that. So has anyone else seen this plate around town?

I'm guessing you're right on that it means We Love Disney! Very cool plate. I think you should go for DVC Family. What will you shorten it to? DVCFMLY maybe? I don't have a car or I'd th ink of one for me too.

We would get DVCFAMLY we can have 8 letters or numbers on the plate now so it will fit nicely.

First, I ran to see if someone had changed my license plates, and then I checked out the cost. I decided that vanity plates are not for me. It's fun to play, though. How about DISNEY4ME? Would they actually let you use the word "DISNEY" or would you have to change the spelling. Betting on the latter, I think.

I like all those suggestions....my license plates say...DZNY MGC...and I love it!!! I get comments on them all the time!!

DZNY MGC is great well I know one I can't get then. I think we are sold on DVC FAMLY well I am I just need to try and convince the wife LOL. As for the DISNEY word on the plate Debbie I am not to sure about that with copywrite laws etc I don't think I would want to test those waters just to be safe. So the DSNY FN was somone that used to be on here I take then.

Mine is my first love- DD's hockey= "HCKY MOM" - that is on my mini-van. I should get something dinsey for my car

Mine were also a Christmas gift from my kids therefore you don't think of them as expensive plates but rather a great gift.

We do have the disney license plate cover that says "BEEN THERE, DONE THAT, GOIN BACK!!!" It is the blue license plate cover on our grand prix. But if they were cheaper we'd consider getting vanity plates (cost of 2 regular admissions or more now here in ontario). I like "Dsnyfrek" think it suits both of us. LOL

So I think we have narrowed it down to 2 or 3 options now the first being DVC FAMLY the other 2 are DVC4ME and DVCLVRS

Maryliz - When someone asks what my plates stand for I just say - read it backwards!!! and then they go M Mouse and I say yup - Mickey Mouse. I used to have a stuffed Mickey Mouse in my back window (it won't fit in my new car) so it would also help people out. The funniest experience I had was I had a police car behind me at a stoplight and the 2 officers were trying to figure out my plates and then I saw 1 point at my Mickey Mouse and they both were laughing - they ended up passing me and they gave me a thumbs up!!!!


mbb - I did get asked once in a shopping mall parking lot if I was a lawyer - I asked why? He said because of your plates - "you sue them" - I said that was good (I had never thought that) but that it had to be read backwards - it was Mickey Mouse backwards!!!!

I've seen one on a minivan in my parking lot at work "WDW4US". I laughed when I saw it. It was complete with antenna topper and plate covers. It was great.

WDW4US is a great one good to see some creative Disney minds out there that like to proclaim thier love of the mouse to the world one car at a time.
