I think your kids will find something there. We stayed at CSR last summer with 5 kids in our party and ate there often. For breakfast they have the standard fare: mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, pastry, oatmeal, and bagel, etc. For lunch & dinner, I recall pizza, burritos made to order (Yum! That was my favorite part and the portions were huge), maybe a deli type spot, oh and I know one night it offered Chinese food.
Just be careful how much you put on your tray if you're on the DDP. We went in not really knowing how best to manage our DDP and we burned counter service meals & snacks at our first Pepper Market meal when some people in our party (6 adults, 5 kids) got a entree (e.g. burrito), a dessert, and then also a banana (without realizing they were using a snack credit). This, however, was due to our lack of knowledge than any problem with Pepper Market - except maybe all the yummy food enticed us too much.
Oh, but one thing I wasn't crazy about was the service. The servers would get your drinks for you, but sometimes it was hard to find them for a refill. Now, there is a drink bar to which you can walk up and ask someone standing there to refill your drink, but they got a bit snippy with us and seemed upset we had gotten up.
