This is kind of OT. At the food store there is ALWAYS someone who stops their cart in the middle on the aisle to then stare at the product selections. As if they are the only people in the store. Sometimes I will say excuse me and they still wont move.
The other day an employee stopped a Uboat in the middle of the floor filled with empty boxes and started chatting with another employee. I tried to move it out of the way and they even saw it was in my way, then decided on another tactic. I shoved my cart by knocking off some of the boxes off at the same time. Am I suppose to wait for their conversation to end before I can finish my shopping?
I can't help but think, how is 3 across rude? What do you want the 3rd person to do? Walk behind their friends, with only their rears to look at?I am afraid I am going to be one of those Rude People At Disney then this October. I'm going with my mom and dad, and I'll be darned if I will spend the whole time walking behind them, like I am being punished or something. So we need to come to terms. If we are walking 3 across and see you and your coming our way, we both need to be polite and try to avoid each other. I won't blindly continue along my way and plow into you, I will give you the space to pass, as long as you all promise to do the same.

You could be planning 30 feet out how you are gonna bust the line then when you are ready to strike the line opens for you.![]()
I guess I shouldn't be surprised at the number of people on this thread that while lamenting the rudeness and self centeredness of others are perfectly willing to use physical means to make sure the other party knows they are to be respected.Seriously, its absolutely incredible how many people seem willing, ready and able to throw down over darn near anything.....and yes, I do think the "shoulder out there a bit" or the "elbow that comes out" or other such is an escalation of the situation. Get over it! How many of us are even aware that when *we* stop to look at something that *we* are blocking the path for someone else.....would we take kindly to someone pushing through us, or worse if they pushed through one of our kids
! Heavens, the world would end!!! When *we* are walking and having our oh so important discussion about whether we want the dole whip now or later....don't bug us. BUT *THEM* - they need to respect us and get out of our way NOW!!

Its a vacation....with lots and lots of people who have different levels of preparation, and just as valid a reason for stopping, walking, talking etc as *we* do. Slow down, take a breath and consider for a moment being in their shoes. Not everything is a federal case.....
I wonder how many people posting in this thread are guilty of doing this themselves
It depends on what weapons you have and what they have. If I´m armed with a single stroller and they have a scooter I get the heck out. If I have a double and they don´t have anything I plow on. The combinations are endless but the principle is the same.
