Coronado Springs Tower Deliveries

We stayed in the tower at Coronado Springs in October. I had an Amazon fresh delivery that was delivered to the mailing center in the main building. We have always had our deliveries come to the bell hop at other resorts. Can I get things delivered to to the bell hop in the tower or does everything automatically go to main mail center in main building.

Your issue is with packages that are considered "Mail". Since CSR is a Convention resort all mailed packages go to the mail center. This also includes Amazon Prime, UPS, and FedEx.

You will want to use something local like InstaCart, Walmart local delivery, or Kroger. Any local deliveries are able to be dropped off at Bell Services.

I think the only way to guarantee an Amazon fresh order wouldn't go the mail route would be to put cold items in it that need refrigeration and would therefore have to go to bell services.
