I have a question. If I call to see if I can use the code, do I have to be prepared to pay a deposit immediately, or do I have a few days to do so?

I was told by CRO a couple weeks ago you can either put $200 down to hold it (and this was till the end of the month)-or you can have a 24 hour courtesy hold.

Courtesy holds depend on your travel dates. Within 45 days of travel trying to book a package you have until close of business that evening. If travel is 59 days or more away you have 14 days to pay a deposit. (If it is 46-58 days you must pay by the 45 day mark).

If it is a room only and over 44 days away, you have 14 days to pay 1 night. If it is less than 44 days, you have until the 30 day mark to pay 1 night. If it is within 30 days, usually they will give you to close of business that night (but if it is in the next day or two, you must pay before getting off the phone.
