My mom thought she was being original - there were absolutely no Lisas where I was born, but there were a LOT of Lisas everywhere else Love the name you chose for your daughter - that's lovely

I love Mason! It's my DGS(1)s name. Sounds kind of English to me, which is what DH is. We also have Myles and Londynn - all English.

I went to High School with two Asian boys named Sven & Olaf. I am NOT joking. They rode my bus everyday for two years & I never spoke to them. Why?? Because they didn't speak a lick of English, just Asian.

That is HILARIOUS!

When I was in elementary school, one of the girls at the bus stop had a mom from Germany. A little African American girl at the stop had the most adorable braids - her mom did a beautiful job on her hair every day... many braids with pretty ribbons. She was precious. The mom from Germany was facsinated with the hairstyle and wanted to know how she could make all those braids on her poker straight long blond haired German daughter.

Sadly no speedo.....and the world just breathes a sigh of relief.........

Is it ok if I gave one of those "sighs of relief"?! ....

Thanks, I like the name too (in fact, it took me until Mason was an hour old before dh agreed that he looked like a Mason and not a Mallone (which is what he wanted to call him LMAO!)). I love the names Myles and Londynn too! Our older son's name is Mitchell - dh didn't give me a fight for that one (Mitchell was Mitchell before he was even conceived LOL).
