Ped Egg?

Bed Bath & Beyond has them for $9.99, also. I always have a ton of BBB coupons so I think I'll pick one up there.

I just picked one of these up today...thanks to the OP...and it was amazing! I generally get pedicures once a month because of the dry skin thing. I was skeptical, but no more...I am a believer!!! :worship: :worship:

:thumbsup2

I got one and it is completely worth $9.99. I have very dry skin and truly crusty feet/heels. They tend to crack and flake off if I do not use a sometime of scrubber frequently.

The egg worked so much better and was so easy! My only complaint is that the skin that was being removed flew everywhere. We have dark brown leather furniture and I could see it on the leather. Most of it was in the "holder area", but I did opt to get a towel and put it under my foot.

I also had the issue of the skin flakies were falling through the metal scraper when I would turn it upside down or sideways.

(Sorry if this is TMI!!!)

Even with the issues, this one is a total thumbs up!!!

Do you guys have to soak your feet before using this? My heels get really bad and I hate those stones and 'cheese grater' type things that you have to soak your feet forever to use....and still they don't feel smooth, they feel odd on sheets/socks...etc I'd love to find something that smooths them better, and quit spending so much on Kerasal every year LOL at summer time.

No, you use it on dry skin. Just a little lotion when you are done and your smooth!

Thanks everyone for the recommendation of these ped eggs. I would never have bought one if I hadn't read this thread. I bought two this week at BB&B with a coupon, one for me and one for my niece. I think I'll go back and get a couple more to stick back in my gift closet!

I use a cream on my feet called Citrus Mint Foot Therapy by Camille Beckman. This stuff is great for sore or cracked heals. It will cure them practically overnight and keeps your heels soft and smooth if used regularly. It's great stuff.

I just bought one and it works pretty well. I definitely think you need to finish with the buffer and some lotion. The egg alone doesn't completely do the trick, but it is a great start.

I'm thumbs up on this one!!

Got it at BBB with the 20% coupon. Works great since I am in sandals & clogs all the time...

I got one about a month ago after my sister got one. I also had nasty, cracked feet. My hubby couldn't believe how they looked after one use. I put socks and Vaseline on at night after I use it- very nice, smooth feet in the morning. No more "yuck" when I look at my feet. When mine turns upside down the stuff "leaks" but I do it over a towel so it isn't really an issue.

Everyone still loving their PedEggs? I've had mine for about a month and my feet seem to be getting worse :( I was doing it maybe once a week and it would last about that long before having to do it again. Now it's been 3 days since I did it and they look horrible again :( Plus I have some tender spots on my foot, but they are surrounded by the dry cracked skin....so no way to really get around them. I have psoriasis so maybe this is only irritating it and making my skin layers grow even faster...who knows. But wanted to check and see if everyone was still happy with their eggs or if others experienced these issues after a few weeks/months of using it.
