Peanutbutter and jelly pizza from Chef Mickey's

I've been looking for a recipe for peanutbutter and jelly pizza from Chef Mickey's. I can't remember what it was like. Has anyone tried to make this and if so, how did you make it? Was it actually on cooked dough then you put the pb&j on it or was it just on some kind of bread?

Thanks! The last edition I have is Spring and I don't remember seeing it. I'll take another look. I did see the breakfast lasagna recipe from Crystal Palace, that one looks good.

Look for the edition of the magazine with all of the readers poll results in it. Actually I think that recipe is from Goofy's Kitchen at DL, but how different can they be?

It's actually in the summer 2004 issue and it's from Goofy's Kitchen at Disneyland not Chef Mickey's. There is also a picture and I would assume it is the same recipe as the one at Chef Mickey's.
