peanut/tree nut free ice cream shops?

I read somewhere that there is a shop (restaurant) that serves only peanut and tree nut free ice cream.
It was not mention where this is in WDW.
Can anyone help? We stay away from ice cream with my DS's allergy, but boy would it be a treat for him to get to go to an ice cream shop.
