Paypal Problems

Is anyone having trouble with Paypal? Dh tried to acess our account earlier after logging on he was prompted to enter a credit card number, which he didn't. I just logged on & it took me to a page to enter a new password. Did I miss an update on their site or is something going on? I was going to call but I could not click on any links to find the number. Thanks for any help!

I just logged in to PayPal with no problems. Here is their customer service phone# and info.

We may only discuss an account with the account-holder. Please have the following information available when you call:
Your telephone number
Your email address
The last 4 digits of your credit card or bank account registered with PayPal
For security reasons, we must verify the above details before discussing any account-specific information.

Thank you Amy! I called & was told they are doing random security checks. I have never had problems before & this just makes me nervous.

Sometimes this can be a way that scammers get your info. *ALWAYS* phone them up to verify any questions you might have. (I have heard that folks have gotten spyware or e-mails that can direct you to a phantom site that LOOKS like PayPal or EBay but isn't.)
