Does disney do a pay-off plan like universal studios for passes where they take money out of your account every month?

Are you talking about AP's?
I can imagine them doing it for AP's (although I have no idea if they do!) but not their other passes.

No Disney does not have a payment plan.

We asked when we bought passes last time and they said no. The CM did jokingly say you could use your Disney Visa though.
