Passport stamps in Canada

In the past, I have read that if you give your passport to Guest Services, they can get it stamped for you.

We were able to get our passport stamped last year b/c we actually went through customs at the airport in Vancouver before getting on the cruise. We never went anywhere else that it was stamped on the Alaskan cruise. Even though in Skagway we did do the white pass railway and went into Canada, they just looked at it and let us through.

If you go to Halifax, take the excursion to Peggy's Cove and be sure to see the lighthouse. Inside, in the little post office, they will stamp your passport. Peggy's Cove is just beautiful and well worth the trip!

You are very welcome! I wouldn't be surprised if they just stamp the passports even if the post office is closed. It's just one room and very small. I would think you could Google it and find the info. Hope you have a wonderful cruise. We will be going as well which shows how much we love that trip!
