I am trying to book our Dec 04 cruise and am wondering if passholders get discounts?

NO. There are various discounts for FL residents, military, people who re-book on a current cruise. Disney periodically reduces the costs of certain dates and certain categories. They frequently offer onboard credits.

Just keep watching the specials.....currently, there is an onboard credit offer--how much depends on length of cruise and category booked.
