Passholder Preview??

I know that the weekend of the 10 is a REALLY tough room to get...we booked at 7 month window (looking for Boardwalk/Beach Club) and were only able to get 1 night...

were on the waitlist for the 3 nights before and could not get anything.

We are nov 9,10 and 11 at the Swan and 12th at Beach Club...

REALLY busy weekend!!!
It will be CRAZY!!!
 
I had to call Passholder Services because my pass is no longer linked to my account because of the glitches. Boy, they were NOT friendly today!
 
I've entered our pass info but don't see a link to the event. It just reloads that same "add a pass" screen." Help.
 
Fantasy Land has been open for a few days (soft opening type)...but just read that it was open for the Halloween Party...what are all of your thoughts that it might be open for the Christmas Party on the 12th of November...which I am attending??

Or will they continue "soft openings" until the offical opening???
 

OK for those able to book so far -- do I need to register all of our passes (DH, myself and our 3 children) on the passholder website prior to tonight's FLE preview registration? And if so how do I go about doing that? Thanks!
 
Disney wasted my (and your) time a week ago.

They wasted my (and your) time this afternoon.

And they want us to try again tonight.


I'll make it easy on everyone else - NO WAY am I wasting my time on Disney's inability to get a website that works.

In this day and age, this is simply wrong.

My next vacation plan to visit grandma & grandpa will include Universal.


I am really annoyed at Disney for wasting my time.....AGAIN & AGAIN.....and likely AGAIN if I could have tried tonight. What makes them think I have another hour to try again.

I am steaming mad at Disney for all too frequently having a website that breaks and breaks and breaks.....:furious:.....and wastes my time.

And think about how much time the Cast Members have to waste dealing with the complaints of a website that is reminiscent of a third-world and third-rate operation.

If Disney is wondering what they can spend the next price increase on - a new Chief Technology Officer.

Shame on you Disney. SHAME ON YOU.
 
At the very end before right when they shut down the site, i some how got through and received a confirmation code.

I know it is frustrating, but it just takes a bit of patience...ohh and i did come across and error during the process which stated that I had to use IE8 or the page wouldn't display properly.

Might be a good idea to upgrade the browser before tonight when they try yet again. Third times a charm. Maybe they finally pulled in the right hardware to keep the website up this time.

To be honest, we probably need to cut the people answering the phones some slack, as they probably have no visibility to what is going on and yet they are getting tons of calls from upset people. We need to remember that they are just trying to do their job and are probably frustrated with the internal politics along with getting lots of calls from upset people.

When everything is up and running normally, your pass is most likely linked to your account with no problems. However during this registration their web servers were getting hit by tens of thousands of people, if not more, every second from around the world. So when their servers started going down, the communication between them and the database on the back end was having problems, which makes it look like your pass is not linked. We just need to be a little patient and remember that they are working on the problem.
 
Yeah, the sight told me I needed to update to IE8, even though I'm using IE9.

I don't know why anybody expects the 6pm sigh up to go any better.
 
I got my confirmation at 12:52...before they announced they were closing it. It was incredibly frustrating. We'll be there on 11/11 from 12:30 to 4.
 
6:19pm... still having problems. Cannot register my 3 year old's pass, only my wife's and mine. The top of the site says to call 407-560-7277 for assistance. What does that get me?

"We're sorry, all circuits are busy now."
 
i seriously can not believe how bad disney has botched this up

i can input all of my information and have done so numberous times and then it just tells me "no events available"
 
Used the link above and got my choice on Nov 3! All times/choices for that date still available 5 minutes ago.
 
I have the Premier pass good at both Disneyland and Disney World, and it will not accept my pass number! I am so bummed! The phone number is a no go.
 
I got a spot on the 11th, good luck to everyone.
