Same here. After 20 minutes of trying, the page doesn't have everything available to signup. Drop down menus don't have dates available in them and things don't line up.

I am really not surprised. They have the worst website of any major corporation that I know of. Would we think that it would be any different when they do something that will increase the traffic tenfold?

Glad to hear I'm not the only one who can't get through. The site isn't working properly at all - and it's not like I'm using IE or an old computer! Trying to call now but keep getting a busy signal, of course.

I will be interested to hear if anyone was able to get in.

I already added my pass info this morning and now it is telling me I need to add it again. That was after refreshing the page 5 times - it kept saying it was too busy. Very annoying Disney!

I'm still trying... Been at it for almost 25 minutes and nothing, either the pages don't load right or they crash when I'm trying to fill out the forms.


Why do we even put up with this as passholders?

I spent 5 hours in line at the 40th trying to get a passholder pin, 2 hours at epcots 30th trying to get the pin, hours spent online trying to register for various "special events". My family spends well over $1000 a year on our passes plus countless $$$ going monthly to the parks not counting the 3-4 week long trips we take per year. We've made it our mission to stay at least once in every hotel and eat once at every restaurant.

They promised us "several" passholder events during the year but 99% of those are "events" where we get to spend MORE money. I can't remember when the last free event was...

This is how they repay us, making us spend an hour online trying to sign up for an event so we can help them test the new fantasyland and make sure everything runs right.

I honestly think that if this was any company other than Disney there would be marching in the streets.....

This won't be limited to only today. It will almost always ask you to input your pass info when trying to access the passholder site after logging in. Once you log in and it asked for you to input it again, simply click on the passholder tab again and it will let you in. This is again on of the many, many things that is constantly wrong with the site.
