Passholder Preview??

Just got on, was teaching a class...

All the dates were Sold Out, BUMMER!!!

Oh well...
 
:genie: I would hold out hope, at least for a little while longer. The passholder site still says...

"Event Registration

The system is currently busy serving other Passholders. Please check back in a few minutes to access the online sign up tool. We appreciate your patience."

I'm not sure how they can justify going from that to "all sold out, sorry guys!" Maybe they temporarily closed out registration because that link was floating around and people were still getting in while they were trying to fix something.
 
I have been on hold for 48 minutes. I hate to hang up on the slight chance we could get in. Any day, any time would be okay with us. But... we only have exchange certificates. so... not sure we are/were eligible anyway. Anyone have any luck with getting through on the phones using exchange certificates???

I have certificates I received after renewing my passes online. The numbers weren't recognized of course which I expected so after 90 min on hold I got a wonderful person who tried to register me, but said that the "system was down" for her to register me. (Hmmm). She took down our names and pertinent information, asked when we want to go (any day any time I said, but she was pretty insistent on a first choice) and told me that someone would call me back to try and get me registered. She said it looks like Nov 3 is sold out. I'm sure I'll never hear from anyone. Hopefully you'll have better luck.
 
Availability opened again. Got on quickly and got my reservation. So don't give up yet.

THEY CALLED ME BACK!!! I GOT MY FIRST CHOICE DAY!!! but not my first choice experience. I'll have to catch Belle another time. If you're on hold, keep holding. I tried calling again, and it took a few minutes, but I got into the call queue.
 
Thank you sooo much to the person that posted the link on this thread. I was refreshing my passholder page every few seconds but it would always says "busy, try again". Then I saw the link posted and I was able to register for the exact date and time I was aiming for November 11, that is also my birthday!

We got in just in the last 20 minutes. First choice for day and experience. :) SO happy!
 
Got in just before 5:30 but does not recognize my pass. My sister's pass worked so I went ahead and registered her and have been trying to call for over 2 hours without sucess.

This whole experience has been unpleasant and frustrating. It certainly does not encourage me to invest in annual pass again.
 
Do you and your sister have different types of passes? I had trouble with mine when I was trying to insert a . in the last three numbers (like the example shows) once I straight entered those numbers it worked fine.
 
My pass isn't working and when I try to call the Pass Member Services number it says its busy. So I called the regular disney line and am on hold. Can they even help me? Am I wasting my time?
 
No I bought both passes at the same time and I registered both on the passholder site under my email.

Howver when I went on the passholder site, it says my pass expired yesterday. It is good until 1/28/13. Then I have two other pass numbers listed one of which is good until 1/28/13 and one which says it expires 12/31/30. None of the numbers work. I tryed them all. So it is a complete mystery how Disney has managed to mess this up.

I will keep trying to call until the call center closes at 10 PM but not holding out much hope. I have MS and have walking, standing and minor cognitive issues (yes, I am one of those dangerous ECV users) so she can go without me but more difficult for me to go alone.

At this point just venting my frustration.
 
Yeah, the sight told me I needed to update to IE8, even though I'm using IE9.
Internally, Disney IT does not support IE9.

I think they may have forgotten that in the real world most people are already on IE9, and the problem may be not that your browser is outdated, but that it's up-to-date!

Got in! I am so surprised! I was actually in epcot at noon trying to get on. Then I was on an airplane @ 6 pm. Just jumped on and finally got through! Happy dance!!!
 
The link to the events page AND the Passholder page both say everything is sold out. I'm so pissed. I have been trying to get registered all day with nothing to show. It kept rejecting my AP#. Can't get through on the phone. This is the first time EVER I will say Disney really dropped the ball.
 
I still can not get DD5 registered. We can't log in because we have a time and she can not log in alone because she is under 18. Three hours on the phone starting at 8am and no resolution.
