Yup you read the subject right!!! We are on the home stretch to coming home @ OKW!! Closing company said we should have our paperwork in 7-10 business days, but I'm hoping for sooner!! Can't wait to book our first trip home!!

We are all so very excited... Our DS (age 2.5) he can't wait and is always asking when we will get to see Mickey!! On the other hand our DD (2.5 months) won't remember her first trip, but I'll take lots of video and pictures...

Congratulations on your resale. It will most likely be snail but it may come from Fed Ex or UPS. Depends on who you are dealing with.

If you are dealing with the Timeshare Store they will email the closing documents. I got a call last Monday that I passed ROFR and then said that I would receive the closing documents in about 10 days. They were emailed to me on Thursday so it only took 3 days. I just sent everyhting back with the cashier's check this morning. We will be OKW owners very soon as well. Congratulations!

We own at OKW, and have stayed at all VWL, BWV (standard view and preferred view), and OKW. Love them all for studios, but really prefer OKW for a 1BR and larger. Use different ones based on what we are looking for out of each trip. We'll try out BCV in about 10 days, and SSR in 36 days (we're lucky enough to live pretty close by). I think that they all have their own special charms, and can't say which I like best. I must say, I love that we own at OKW and have the 11 mo window for the GV's (though we might never use it), and haven't had trouble getting our other reservations in less then 7 mos. We've stayed at OKW, VWL and BWV at Christmas time, and love them all for all different reasons. I also love the lowest maint. fees that we pay.
