Are there any Universal hotels close (walkable) to Epic that accommodate a party of 5? Any recommendations for non-Universal hotels walkable to Epic that sleep 5?

Trying to figure out how to do a split stay between one of the EP Loews hotels and an Epic area hotel.

We are a party of 5 and we recently did a split stay. We used Uber to take us from Helios to Portofino. In my opinion, not walkable. For us, Helios was the only option as although the other two Epic hotels I'm sure are very nice, staying inside the park was a non negotiable. The weather when we were there was rainy for long periods of time and being able to walk a few minutes back to the hotel and then wait for rain to stop and go back into park was valuable to us. Trying to figure out how to do a split stay between one of the EP Loews hotels and an Epic area hotel.

We booked two rooms at Stella Nova and walked to Epic in less than 15 minutes, although we took the bus back and it was quick and easy. We had a really good AP rate for just over $100 a night, but even without that, two rooms were much cheaper than one room in the higher end Universal hotels.
