PART TWO *December 2012 Roll Call* Holidays, FLE & MVMCP!! A very, merry thread!

Skechers came out with really cute Mary Janes. They are satin they are "walking" shoes. I dust get to try them on but I'm considering them for our trip, depending on how comfy I find them.

History says less crowded on MVMCP mornings.

The problem is this: FLE is likely going to increase crowds, in general, for early december (considering it looks like a bunch of stuff will be open on Nov 19th). That may (or may not) seriously change things.

We go to MK on the 8th, the first Saturday after FLE officially opens. HELP!

I feel your pain...we'll be there on Friday, the 7th.

There's not much to say except get there early, head straight for FLE (if you have any interest in anything that's out there) and get FP (or in line, if you're quick) for Belle's Enchanted Tales (if it's your thing). It's likely going to be a mob scene. Little Mermaid is like Nemo and HM..it'll eat people. Dumbo, with the big top, the pagers, and the extra version have gotten much better at eating people. The question mark is Pete's Sideshow M&G's...and, then, all the other guests who will be overwhelming Pooh and Pan's already slow lines.

On the flip side, I bet OTHER parts of the parks (and other parks, too) will be pretty dead, early.

Is that your ONLY planned MK day? Or are you going to be there on another (earlier or later) day?

If it's your only day: You might want to pick up a FP for Belle, then head out of FLE for the morning, and come back when your FP time comes up. LM isn't going to be a problem, and even Dumbo would be manageable. Pooh and Pan are going to be LONG waits, no matter what...9:15 or 3:15.

We're going on the 12th aswell so I did think about leaving FLE til then .... but we're so excited about it I don't know if we can walk on by LOL

Probably the black just cause they'll go with just about everything. Lass shoes to pack the better since I'll already be packing for weather swings.

We are going just Hubby and I without our boys, they still don't know yet!! They are NOT going to be happy, lol

I know it - I feel like I'm bracing for the storm! We've decided we won't say anything about it (the kids are with their other parents that weekend) so technically it's possible they won't even know we're gone and if all else fails we're gonna use the "but our first trip was with you guys so we're allowed this one for ourselves" ... yea, don't think that'll make a difference.

You're going to love couples Disney. That is my favorite way to do Disney, usually we love ditching the kids but we're too far from the grandparents to do it this year.

I'm excited to experience it on a different level. More than anything going from a party of 6 to just us grown-ups - I think will be a huge game changer. I should actually say going from a group of 2 grown-ups, 2 moody teenagers and 2 pre-teens to just the grown-ups will be HUGE... I'm just so excited to get back so soon and at Christmas time!

We're hoping to do the Candlelight ceremony at Epcot. We love Christmas Music and it'll be the last night there. We're saving MVMCP for next year when we take the kids.

Eek! Reading about all of the potential hours changes (especially at MK) is making me a little nervous. I really want to see rope drop, so I grabbed another breakfast ADR at 'Ohana in case we need to go later.

I'll be glad when the hours are released in November because I'll be able to pin down my plan and get rid of the ADRs that we don't need.

I have not been to the dessert party. They do occur on party nights. December won't be open for ADRs probably for another couple weeks. Check post #2 on here as I have the link to the thread for this party and you can subscribe there to see when December ADRs are available.

I have a pair of Mary Jane style shoes from Keen. THEY ROCK. Going to do a walking shoe review on my PTR this week. Will post when I post!

I LOVE Keens - I have 2 pairs of a maryjane/sandal type shoe I need to choose to bring plus my flip flops from them. We swear by them, we use their closed toe sandals with the little ones as well. We discovered them originally at EMS as a hiking shoe and moved onto thirst other foot ware options

Oh! I didn't know BET was going to have FP!! I haven't had a chance to keep up with all the FLE info...I have got to get to reading!!
