Oh my gosh! I was just talking about this at lunch! Dole Whips were on my "to eat" list back in June, along with a cupcake from Starring Roles Cafe at DHS and I didn't get to have either one! So I'm right there with you - I can't wait to have a Dole Whip...

Amen!! I've never had a dole whip and I can't wait to try it. The only other snack on my list is also a cupcake from Starring Rolls (but which one?!:goodvibes:)

Also on my list is a red velvet cupcake from SR and a jalapeno cream cheese pretzel at AK... crazy, most people make lists for rides - I make mine for food!! :confused3

Those jalepeno cream cheese pretzels are amazing...and the most amazing part? I don't have to share cause the kids don't like spicy food (and I'm not nice enough to tell them that the "zip" isn't all that bad...when compared to my usual "spicy" level).

The Red Velvet cupcakes are good..but they had a Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcake and a Chocolate Butterfinger cupcake (HUGE) that were both better, IMHO.

If you have to choose one (and can't convince someone(s) to get others, so you can all share), I recommend the Chocolate Butterfinger. Besides being toweringly huge, it was amazingly good!

My wife "does cakes" on the side. Scratch baked, decorated, the whole shebang. Even SHE was impressed with it...and we typically turn our noses up (ok, maybe not turn out noses up...how about make fun of while we eat them as "professional research") at mass produced cake/cupcakes. To be fair, we thought the Chocolate Peanut Butter was also very good, and the Red Velvet was good, too.

This is my plan too - get my manfriend to buy his own and hopefully he'll let me have a small taste. :) Unfortunately, my red velvet might be too "horrible" to share with him... I'll save him the agony. :rolleyes1

One of these cupcakes is on my list too! It's one of the snacks I've never had at WDW. The Chocolate Butterfinger sounds AMAZING!

Yes, the Red Velvet Cupcake is on my list, as well. I don't do snacks (usually the DP is so filling I'm always stuffed!) But, I'll take it with me and (maybe) share it with the hubs.

I'm REALLY looking forward to the Citrus Swirl at Sunshine Tree Terrace now that the Orange Bird is back! I remember seeing him in my childhood, so it feels wonderfully nostalgic to have him back.

Finally, I've heard there's a sweet cream pretzel at the Swedish place in Epcot that I need to try.

Hmmm, can you tell I like sweets? :rolleyes1

Ooo...food talk. I'm vegan, but WDW demands some flexibility. I'm hoping my partner wants to share a dole whip with me and I'm definitely going to try that chocolate butterfinger cupcake.

I can't wait!

I think there is a cupcake place in DTD that sells all vegan cupcakes!

Babycakes! I want to try them out. :) not vegan but a lover of all things cupcake :)

I've been craving & dreaming about different Disney sweets since we came back from last December's trip! I have so many I love & have to have while we're there! :thumbsup2

I know! I didn't get a chance to go there (Babycakes) last year, but am hoping to make a stop this time around. The reviews of the cupcakes have been mixed, so I'll probably get a donut or something else instead. Then again, they have a Babycakes cupcake sampler in the food court at AoA, so I might end up grabbing that if I need something sweet.

We won't be on the dining plan this time so I'm gonna go crazy with snacks! I think the place you might be talking about is the Kingla (sp?) Bakery in Germany. There was a snack I had on my list to try, the School Bread and I actually did get to try that one. It was pretty good - not too much bavarian cream filling and the bread wasn't overly sweet.

Another place on my list is the Karamel shop at Epcot. I want to try their salted caramel and the caramel bar... Lord help me... I may not get to have a decent meal for all the snacks I'll have.

My list:
Starring Rolls Cupcake (had the Butterfinger one last time)
Contempo Peppermint Cupcake
Salted Carmel from Germany
anything from France's bakery
Mickey Bar ( or 2 LOL)
Have to get a bucket of popcorn during MVMCP
Beignets (or however you spell them) from POFQ
Grey Goose slushies (about 20! LOL)

I'm gone for a few hours and we now have an entire page about cupcakes. *lol*

I'm thinking School Bread and napoleons. :)

I have a list lol as well

Starring rolls peanut butter, DH wants butterfinger
Norway bakery school bread
Homemade cookie ice cream
Dole whip float
Salted caramel from Germany sweet shop
Mickey, or jalapeño or cream cheese pretzel not all of them whichever one looks more appealing
Grey goose slushie
Tequila flight!!!! I know this is not really a snack but it's worth mentioning

Ooo...are we making our treat lists? Ha!

Butterfinger cupcake at Starring Rolls (HS)
Margarita flight in Mexico - hopefully! (Ep)
Vegan float or shake at Sci-Fi (HS)
Warm chocolate banana torte at Citricos (GF)
Something vegan at Beaches and Cream (Boardwalk)
Chocolate caramel grapes at Karamell-Küche in Germany (Epcot)
Dole whip (MK or Poly)
School bread from Norway (Ep)
Chocolate-covered pretzels from Goofy's candy co. (DtD)
Fruit and Nutella waffle at Sleepy Hollow (MK)

Yay! Love food lists! Although do these treats qualify as foods? not sure, but if they're wrong, I don't wanna be right... LOL

Adding the Grey Goose slushie to the list...

Goofy's Candy Shop at DD sells bags of salted caramels. I brought some home and they were all gone by the next day! So good - not sure they measure to the ones sold at Epcot/Germany but good nonetheless.

Goofy's was also introducing chocolate covered fruit - had a pineapple spear covered in dark chocolate - OMG so amazing...

Meh. I just make lists for both, lol. :scratchin:

I was PMing with Valgoof, and I had a bucket list of restaurants made. This trip is mostly classic Disney ADRs, lots of character dining and stuff. But the bucket list has lots of signatures and upper scale stuff.

Restaurant bucket list: Artist Point, Biergarten, Boma, California Grill, Chef Mickey (I hear a lot of people say it isn't good, but I wanna experience it at least once), Citricos, Dine w/ an Imagineer at Brown Derby, Jiko, Kona Cafe, Kouzzina, Narcoossee's, O'hana breakfast, Rose & Crown during Illuminations, Sanaa, and Victoria & Alberts Chefs Table.
