The only schedule changes I can swallow is if they decide to stay open later. Anything else and I might just sulk

:teeth:

Under normal circumstances that's typically the only changes they make. Staying open later, adding extra parades and Fantasmics. The changes they made for FLE are unheard of, particularly swapping EMH. So I really wouldn't expect to see anything else change significantly.

I just keep hoping that they're closing MK on the 5th for some private preview event and maybe we'll get to go. ;)

I booked my Christmas reservation back in January and I am so excited to say that I FINALLY hit double digits today. Only 99 days to go!!! YAAAAAYYY :) :cool1:

I've been following the MNSSHP thread since last night was the first party.

It has made me sooooo excited for November to start hearing the first reports from MVMCP.

I bought a Mickey Mouse sweatshirt from Target in their Disney Artist line. It's cuteeee! Also, for anyone looking for a park bag, my TJ Maxx had several types of Baggallini bags for around $20-25 (they normally are around $50). Baggallini gets pretty good reviews in most all threads asking about park bag recommendations. I had bought one directly from their site a few months ago to use in the park. So far, for day trips, it has worked out really well for me.

I love the new Disney line at Target!!

Thanks for the Baggalini tip. I have a cross over bag by them that I have used for my last few Disney trips. It is awesome. But such an unfortunate name for a bag! My husband hates the name, so I have fun saying it to him versus "purse" or "bag". ;)

Photo Show & Tell (tell us a bit about this 1 pic you want to share)
This picture is from our best park day on our trip in February earlier this year. My DS got very sick at the very beginning of this trip and this day he was finally feeling better. It's my favorite picture from the whole trip.

Leger13 - I have that shirt! :-)

I hope you all stay healthy this time & have a fabulous trip with your DS!

Thanks for sharing!! JoshMom5, we are from PA too and I LOVE Dole Whips!

I didnt expect to see it so soon. I thought it was something that happened right after Halloween. Silly me!!

Yes, BDL...I now understand. :) And I might have said out loud "That's what BDL has been talking about!!" Adding to my co-workers confusion.

Ohhh... That's nothing. Disney or no Disney, I am a bona fide Christmas-aholic. You can ask BDLsgal how I react when the Christmas commercials start showing up. One of my favorite newer ones is the M&M commercial ( here ). I sit there, grin from ear to ear, my eyes widen and I start clapping.

But I do miss the commercials from the 70's and 80's (you always knew Christmas was around the corner when Santa was riding a Norelco). Hopefully, some network will make a special "The Best Holiday Commercials".

Ditto for me, and my whole family.

Also...around Dec 1st...our TV gets tuned to ABCFamily's 25 days of X-mas...and basically doesn't leave that channel til the 24th of December (when it gets tuned to TBS for 24 hours of a "Christmas Story"). :)

One other thing: I gotta comment on your screen name...NOT anything to do with the airport (Bradley Airport) that my family and I fly out of, right?

I also love watching the old Rankin & Bass specials on ABCFam. And love when a couple of the local radio stations switch from their regular format to Christmas music (same for 1 of the Music Choice channels on my cable, Sounds of the Season).

As for my screen name, nope. Not from the airport. It was a nickname that 1 of the guys I worked at the bar with, saddled me with. BDL = Big Daddy Loyal

PS: and yes... I do watch the marathons of Christmas Story and the Yule Log on Christmas day.

Doing the paid-in-full dance again :cool1::cool1::dance3::dance3: No more switching resorts for me. I am leaving my ADRs alone. Now we just sit and wait.

we booked ours back in Feb, and changed it up a bit(added an extra day and check in 2 days sooner for FD) and was excited to hit double digits today, well I kinda used the day we leave for double digit on sunday, but YEAH:cheer2: double digit day today for us too! 99 more to go:hourglass

Heh heh.....sounds like we're kindered spirits.

I have Sirius Sat radio in my car...they do 3 stations of X-mas music...which are programmed into my "C" band. Once they go live....not much else gets played in the car ride to and from work. :)

We put Sounds of the Season on (or whatever the equivalent is on Directv) when we (and by we, I mean my wife, while I "assist"..aka taste test) bake.

Ok...we gotta stop this X-mas talk. I'm waning nostalgic and it's at least 2 months before we put the decorations up. Heck, I got to get thru Halloween, first.

3 months from today, at this exact moment, my plane to Orlando should be taking off!!! :dance3: :cheer2::jumping1:
I'm so antsy all the time now. I keep making packing list upon packing list, only to realize, upon completion, that it will likely change the week before owing to weather conditions. Still trying to figure out how many layers to take - I currently plan on wearing either yoga pants or capris yoga pants depending on temp, with a tank and a zip-up lightweight hoodie. I'll have a long sleeve tee in the bookbag, along with a fleece hat, scarf, gloves, and leg warmers. Does this sound good?

I was pretty stoked though, to score the perfect carry-on (I'm not checking bags) already on sale and then a coupon code added. Also invested in packing cubes for this trip since my bag is small and I need to be super organzied to make it all fit. If you ladies are looking for great luggage, I highly recommend the Vera Bradley Weekender (18") or the Grand Traveler (22"). Fabulous sale on the discontinued colors!

I've heard so much about Dole Whips, I can't wait to try one!

Oh my gosh! I was just talking about this at lunch! Dole Whips were on my "to eat" list back in June, along with a cupcake from Starring Roles Cafe at DHS and I didn't get to have either one! So I'm right there with you - I can't wait to have a Dole Whip...

Also on my list is a red velvet cupcake from SR and a jalapeno cream cheese pretzel at AK... crazy, most people make lists for rides - I make mine for food!! :confused3
