First we are shopping enablers and now we are haircut enablers. I am trying to hold off for a couple more weeks, will probably do it the week before Thanksgiving or the week after. It needs it so badly now!!

I wanted to go the week before Thanksgiving (2 weeks prior to my trip) but the appts were junky - so I just moved around a few other appts and next Thursday it is! I can't wait my hair has gotten too long and too shaggy!

I forgot to mention the two most important things:

1. We paid off the trip today! WooHoo!

and

2.We leave for Disney in 45 days!

Yes, ignore it! I'm one of those people that does Disney all wrong - I never look at crowd calendars, I don't get hoppers, I don't do rope drop, I always go to the park with late EMH that day, I don't budget properly, we dont take breaks at the resort yadda yadda yadda and I know our trip will be awesome!

You know its going to be crowded but heck, you're gonna be at Disney at Christmas time!!

Just thought of something. Disney Store doesn't charge your cc until your order ships. So if I have to cancel my card and get a new one issued, do I not get my order???

Well, we got a call from the vet clinic this morning. Our poor Beethoven had been hit by a car and passed away. So I'm home from work to bury him today. PLEASE posts lots and lots of fun trip plans today so when I finally get back on here I have loads to smile and laugh about!

I have scoured the office and left a note for the cleaning crew, in case they found it and put it somewhere. Will go search the car again and then at home. I don't carry all my cc's with me and have a couple of bank accounts as "just in case". I'm sure it will turn up!!! I lose stuff a lot and keep looking and try and keep your head clear!!!

I hope you find your wallet soon. I had dinner with my parents on Sunday, and when the bill came my father opened his wallet and his bank card was gone. Turns out he left it at a store the night before and they still had it, so he headed over there and got it. Hopefully it just fell out in your car or home. Happens to me sometimes.

Yup. Sounds like our afternoons here! He just turned 10 last week.

Afternoons and then again in the morning because he didn't do what he was supposed to in the afternoon.

My DS10 only brings home homework on Mondays and returns it on Thursdays. But somehow it's still a huge hassle.

Make sure you look in between seats in your car, mine always manages to tuck itself away .... like it panics "Oh no, please stop spending my contents!!!"

I know..I really need to quit reading the negative stuff. We are going there knowing what to expect. Just soo excited for our trip..

And that's it in a nutshell - if you know what to expect and are comfortable with that, then you'll have a great time. It doesn't matter when you go or how much you plan, it's only "vacation suicide" if you show up expecting something unrealistic.

Usually they'll send you an email that says something was wrong with the credit card and give you the chance to change it. That's what Amazon does anyway.

Just saw headlines that Disney bought Luca Films and plans to release a new Star Wars movie in 2015. Thoughts?

If they HAVE TO make another movie, I hope they do the Thrawn trilogy from the books.
