and once I upgrade the 7 day hopper to an Annual Pass
1. its valid for a year and 1 day?
2. If I swiped the first day entrance on april 18th 2017 it would be valid for entrance till April 19th 2018, correct?

1. Yes.
2. Well... it would be valid up through the end of the day on April 18, 2018.
(Since it would be valid on your first day of April 18, 2017, being valid on April 18, 2018, IS a year and one day.)

oh darn I thought it would be good through the 19th.. hmmm we check in 17th but wont enter a park till 18th so was hoping the next year we could use the tickets from 13-19th. thanks for the information!

A couple more questions on this before I bite the bullet--does the redemption date matter? Do I have to have a hard ticket, or can they just access on MB to upgrade to Platinum Plus? Also, no one responded to my question about the actual price difference--is it $78 or is there something I'm doing wrong as far as tax goes in my calculation?

There are no hidden charges so if $78 is what you figure then that is what it is

Redemption date doesn't matter
The vouches will have an expiration date, which is the only date that matters and then only if you want tickets.
If you use their code to link to MDE and plan to use a MB then dates never matter, period.

Just curious. On average how long does it take to get the email. We ordered our tickets 6/30 and our 60 day FP+!window is 7/5. I'm starting to freak out that we waited too long. We had to save the $ to get the tix for the 5 of us and we just got it together. Should we be worried? Thx.

If you are talking about the email with the number to link to MDE 2 to 3 days is normal for me. It's never been more than 3 days.
Have you gotten the voucher email already? That I've always gotten within 24 hours. If you haven't gotten that I'd give them a call to be sure the order went through correctly.

Just ordered mine and my husbands tickets today we ordered my twins a few weeks ago and with in hours I received 1 email and then with in 24hrs I received the email with the MDE codes.

about to place my order as first timer with PS. the 5 days hop/water is such a great deal. But what's driving me crazy is that I can't get a 5 day FL res ticket to match - so we'll be throwing one day away since everyone won't have the same ticket. OH WELL

Thats what we bought and linked up to our MDE as of now. we will be using them first time in april and upgrading first day of our trip! Sweet deal then we will use them on our april 2018 trip too

I see the park tickets are good thru Dec. 2018 and no blackout days.

I called them a month ago and they said at least until summer. You might want to call and check to make sure it's not ending super soon. They are super nice and helpful on the phone.

Just to clarify, the VOUCHER must be redeemed by 12/31. That is for folks who want a physical ticket that is picked up at the ticket counter. If you plan to link to MDE and have MB, or plan to buy MB, then the date does not apply. Once the ticket is linked to MDE they are valid till 2030

I called and they said the sale was good until the end of July. They might extend but for now they can only say thru the end of JULY.
