Parks and clothing

Glad we don't buy their products now after my education on here today I'm now alot more enlightened , thanks. :thumbsup2 I'll make a point to avoid them altogether :thumbsup2

I can see the point of not wearing offensive clothing, but i dont see why there is a problem with not wearing a top!

The thought of waiting in line for a ride or food in 90+ temps. standing close to someones sweaty, hairy naked torso is not my idea of fun :)

I for one don't think it's appropriate not to wear a top in the parks - water, parks and poolside, no problem. But in the parks and resorts public areas I think it's just good manners to cover up - perhaps I'm just old fashioned :)

What if (as a female) I go on a water ride and my shirt goes wet, so I take it off and just wear a bikini top whilst my shirt dries?? I can understand having to stand next to someone in a queue, but I'm sure I saw girls wearing bikin tops in Disney, though I have a pretty bad memory :D

Going back to FCUK - i wore a sweatshirt last year to MK (totally unaware that it would offend). It was gay weekend and i saw far more offensive t-shirts than mine :confused3 - to cut a very long story short Disney gave me the price of my families day ticket back in Disney Dollars (can't spend them because they are too lovely!)

Would never wear FC again because i wouldn't wish to offend my host :thumbsup2

Sounds like a result. So to get this do I just have to buy a FCUK sweatshirt, or must I also turn up on a "gay day"?

Hey there :wave2:

You must know the old hospital site then. Soon to be closed which seems to be past rumour when MP's talk of it!

I can see where you are coming from, but if you stand there with a t shirt on then i would think you would sweat even more, then start to smell. And there is nothing worse than standing next to someones sweat smell.

And agreed when in food places or when in a queue for food you should have to cover up thats just curtious.

And to be honest i dont just go on holiday for the parks and so on, i would like to come back with a tan, but if we are made to wear tops then i will still be whitei n places.

I can see what you mean - however, personally if you are trying to get a tan the best place is sitting by the pool. :sunny:

I think everyone should wear a top at the parks.

Get yourself a few x-static t shirts for the park, i did. They dont go smelly as the silver kills the bacteria that makes the smells and it kills the smells coming from you too. I have a few and swear by them.

x-static, by that do you mean like the new england shirts?

And dont worry i will be by the pool, and also spending 2 days at the disney water parks and one day at discovery cove, but i dont think this will be enough to get a good tan.
