Parking question

I'm checking out of Grand Floridan on 10/5 but we are going to Hollywood Studios that day and will be staying offsite the remainder of our trip. My question is if we drive straight to HS from the GF do we still have to pay a parking fee even though our "checkout" is that day?

Trying to save $25, that's like 2-3 snacks

You are still considered a guest of that resort until midnight on your check out day, so no you won't have to pay for parking at the theme park.
