I've been to WDW many times in the past. (The last time was Sept 05) Everytime I go I stay on Disney property and rent a car. A friend just came back and told me that she was asked to pay $9.00 to park at the TTC. She also stayed on property and rented a car. Hopefully someone has the answer for me. I just don't think it's true. Maybe the person at the booth didn't see their OKW parking pass. I will be returning in October and renting a car again. I will appreciate any help.
