I hope I make myself clear, has anyone ever had their tickets checked to see what exactly are left on them for park days or even options they may have left? Does anyone know of a number to call, I had an unfortunate experience
where a cast memeber informed me I could upgrade my tickets at the Disney store back home, that was not the case so they allowed me to mail them back to the resort and they upgraded them and sent them back with a paper
that they say tells me what I have left. Well I can't understand the paper! It
has a row labled "usage" with a number but I'm not sure if it means days used or days left? Either way it does'nt match what we feel should be left due to the days we visited the parks? Anyhelp appreciated! :confused3

There used to be a number you could call, but that was years ago. Now you have to take your pass to Guest Services and they'll tell you what's left on it.

You might try calling Disney directly and asking if someone can help you interpret the 'usage' indicated on your paper. Try 407-824-4321 for General Information. They may be able to direct you to the correct department.

If you upgraded the ticket, you only have left what the new ticket has minus the old ticket. When you upgrade, you lose the unused admissions on the old ticket as its value (whole or partial depending on the situation) is applied to the new one.

In other words, if you had a 7 day MYW Premium that had 2 park days and 3 plus options unused and you upgraded it to a 10 day MYW Premium, you will only have 5 park visits left, not 12 (10 from new one plus 2 from old one). The admissions you already used are subtracted from the upgraded ticket. The unused admissions are not added to it.

Same thing with plus options. You would only have 3 left (5 minus the 2). Unused pluses are not added together when you upgrade.

by upgrading I mean we added the no expiration piece to it, I also added the
magic plus feature (5options) to the 4 days I had remaining. Does that change anything? I'm nervous about this! :guilty:

You should still have 4 days left (plus your added 'Plus Options' for water parks, etc) if you had 4 days left when you sent the passes back to Disney. Disney may be using an internal code to indicate what is available on your passes, but would not necessarily indicate to you what's left on them.

The only way to know for sure is to have them scanned at Guest Services. If you tried calling Disney and they couldn't tell you what the code means, I think that's the only way you're going to find out. However, if you know you had 4 days I would bet you still have 4 days.
