Park hours for November

So I am there Nov.7-13 and I wanted to make a few dinner reservations while we are there but I do some of them depending on the park we are at that day and park hours. What does one do if those aren't out yet and we want to reserve right now?

My guess is that the saturday and sunday the hours will be 8-midnight. The monday, tuesday, and thursday will be 10-8. The friday will be 9-midnight. The only wild card is the Wednesday since it is veterans day. Maybe 9-9 this day? It will be open longer just not sure how much longer. These will be the hours for DL. California adventure will be basically the same except they will close earlier on the weekends at 10.
