Park Hopping time enforcement

How strict is WDW being regarding park hopping. My daughter is going for 2 days in mid september. The crowds will be very light. She's wondering if she could get into a 2nd park at 1pm instead of 2pm. Does anyone know if they are being vigilant about the park hopping time?

Yes, they are. They have allowed entry 10-15 minutes early, but definitely not an hour.

Yep, echoing the above. 10-15 minutes maybe, but I definitely wouldn't expect an hour.

I'd think that the tap styles are programmed to deny park hopping until then.

I really hate this new rule. And the entire park reservation system as a whole. Will be glad when they are gone.

People have reported getting in a little early (like I said 10-15min), while others have been made to wait until 2 exactly. I'm not sure how easy it would be to program it differently. Maybe it is set up to be a little early, but at CM discretion as to when they allow you to try to scan.
