Park Hopper + tickets

Hello! We are going to WDW in May and we are now looking at purchasing tickets using airmiles. Has anyone ever done this before? We have never used park hopper tickets before as most of our group has AP's. My question is regarding the pluses on the ticket. Do you get individual tickets for the plus options? We want to get a 7 day hopper with 4 pluses and use all four pluses on one day at TL (for four different people). I know that the hoppers are non-transferrable but are the pluses different. Will we be able to do this? Thank you for all your help! Have a disney day!

The four plus options are encoded onto a single ticket that also has the 7 park admission days on it. Only one person can use the ticket for any admission. You will not be able to use one pass with four plus options to admit four different people on the same day.
