I have officially thought myself into a corner on this one.
We have 6 day park hopper tickets.
We also bought tickets to the Christmas Party.

My question is, if we go to the parks on Day One using the park hopper and then go the next day for the Christmas Party, does that mean I have Five more days of Park Hopper or does the party ticket have to be used before the park hoppers are used??

You'll want to have them prioritize the party ticket to make sure it doesn't accidentally deduct an entrance from your PH. A stop at guest services should do the trick

So - forgive me, is Guest Relations inside the park? So after we Ding our magic bands to go inside THEN go to guest relations? Sorry - it has been a while for me.

This shouldn't be necessary for a party ticket if the guest enters the party though the designated party entrance.

I believe the party ticket allows you entry at 4pm; at that time they will have specific party tapstiles for those entering with a party ticket. If you do not go to any park until you enter for the party, and be sure to use the party entrance and your regular PH ticket won't be touched. If you enter a park earlier that day prior to the party (same or different park), then it will use one day off the PH.

There is no requirement to use the party ticket before or after the parkhopper. The party ticket is a stand-alone, for the specified date/park/hours.

Enjoy your vacation!
