No. As HBC already posted, the only DVC member ticket discount (for the major parks) is the one on APs/PAPs. And that discount is only available to the member and certain relatives living in the memer's household.

Your membership will get you $4 off admission to DQ, PI and the waterparks (as of this post. Might change in the future).
